Perinatal and Family Care:

The journey to parenthood is beautiful, but it can be challenging as well. The specialized counselling support I provide validates the uniqueness of this journey. All life transitions are accompanied by a shift which can bring about stress, strong emotions, and even trauma on an individual level and within the family dynamic. I have many years of experience working with expectant parents and caregivers in various family systems which enables me to support all those involved by taking into account individual/ family needs and future expectations.
